TERMS + CONDITIONS

All 4- and 8- class passes are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.  Once the pass expires, any unused classes may:

• Be converted into a Single Class Pass at a rate of $5.00 / class, or;
• Rolled into your next 4- or 8-class pass purchase (subject to the same validity period)

Please contact the studio for assistance.

If you can't make it to a class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.  You can manage your bookings through our online booking system or by email to: firststepyogato@gmail.com.   Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will result in a forfeiture of the class credit.  For Unlimited Memberships, a $10.00 cancellation fee will apply.  In the event of sickness or emergency, please contact us.
