If you can't make it to a class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through our online booking system or by email to: firststepyogato@gmail.com.
Cancellations made < 12 hours before the start of class will result in a forfeiture of the class credit. In the event of sickness or emergency, please contact us.

Looking for a more personalized experience with friends, family or colleagues? Our semi-private sessions balance individual attention and small-group energy. Sessions are structured according to your needs.
We provide private group sessions for 2-10 participants.
Session Details:
From $120.00 + HST
This includes a 60-minute session, for up to four participants (mat, chair or restorative yoga). Additional participants are $10 / each. We can accommodate groups of up to 10 participants (for chair or restorative yoga, maximum group size is 8). Please email firststepyogato@gmail.com to inquire.
