CLASS SCHEDULE

JUNE 2025 - WEEKLY SCHEDULE

REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES:

All classes are 60 minutes, unless otherwise marked.  Regular Class rates apply.

MONDAY 

>> 5:40-6:30 p.m. Beginner Pilates (Emma)

>> 7:30 p.m., Gentle Yoga (Emma)  

** No classes on June 30


WEDNESDAY

>> 11:45 a.m., Gentle Yoga (Emma) 

>> STARTS JULY 9:  6:00 p.m., Hatha Flow / Beginner Vinyasa (Emma)

** No classes on July 23

>> JULY 2 + 16: 7:30 p.m. Rest + Reset (Suzannah)


SATURDAY

>> 9:15 a.m., Yoga-Pilates (Emma) 

** No class on June 28, July 12

 

STUDIO PRICES:

Your first class at the studio is $15.00 + HST.  After that, you can purchase a studio membership or continue to pay by the class.  


CLASS RESERVATIONS + ONLINE BOOKING:

Reservations are required for all classes.  We now have online booking available!  Purchase your class pass and reserve your spot through our convenient booking portal.  


CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If you can't make it to a class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.  You can manage your bookings through our online booking system or reply to this email.  Cancellations made < 12 hours before the start of class will result in a forfeiture of the class credit.  For Unlimited Memberships, a $10.00 cancellation fee will apply.  In the event of sickness or emergency, please contact us.

Gentle Hatha

Hatha Flow / Beginner Vinyasa

Hatha Flow / Beginner Vinyasa

A slow, supportive, beginner-friendly class designed for those who prefer a gentle approach to yoga.


This class focuses on simple movements, mindful breathing and relaxation.  Expect a mix of seated, standing and reclining postures with plenty of modifications and the use of props for extra support.  No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and move at your own pace!


Offered:

Mondays, 7:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m.

Wednesdays, 11:45 a.m - 12:45 p.m.



Hatha Flow / Beginner Vinyasa

Hatha Flow / Beginner Vinyasa

For anyone looking for a gentle, flowing practice.  This class focuses on linking breath to movement at a steady, unhurried pace.  Expect simple transitions, mindful pacing, and plenty of options to modify.  


While no prior experience is required, some familiarity with foundational yoga poses will be helpful.  This class is ideal for anyone looking to build confidence in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

Yoga-Pilates

Beginner Pilates

A dynamic class blending yoga and Pilates to build strength, stability and core control.  We combine standard yoga postures + targeted Pilates exercises for a balanced, full-body workout.  


Movements are taught progressively, allowing you to work at your own pace - whether you're a total beginner or more experienced.   This is a fun and challenging class for all levels!

Saturdays, 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Build core strength and improve joint flexibility through a series of fun and challenging movements.


This class is perfect for total beginners, or anyone looking for a gentle Pilates mat class.


Offered:

Mondays, 5:40-6:00 p.m.


* 50 minutes.  Classes are limited to 8 participants.

Rest + Reset

Beginner Pilates

Rest + Reset

 Beginning with a series of soothing and restorative poses and ending with a guided meditation, this gentle class will focus on calming your body and mind before bed. 


Offered:

WED JUN 4, 7:30 p.m.

WED JUN 18, 7:30 p.m.


* 60 minutes.  Class is limited to 10 participants.
