We practice basic yoga postures in this class, learning to connect breath with movement. This class moves at a slow and even pace.
Offered:
Mondays, 7:30-8:30pm*
Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00pm
In this class we build on our foundations with more flowing movements. This class is suitable for total beginners, with a few fun challenges thrown in!

Thursdays, 6:00pm
This class blends multiple disciplines, including: Hatha, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga, Qigong, and Western anatomy.

Thursdays, 9:30am
Beginning with a series of soothing and restorative poses and ending with a guided meditation, this gentle class will focus on calming your mind and body before bed.
PLEASE NOTE: This class may include the burning of sage and other medicines, singing bowl sound therapy, breathwork, hands on adjustments and group Reiki / energy healing. These offerings will be tailored to the needs of the group. Please speak with us before class if you have any concerns. We will respect your needs and preferences.

Yin is a slow, cooling practice of long-held poses to release tension in our body and mind. We enter each pose with care and mindfulness, honouring our bodies and the stage they are at in the present moment.

Yoga-Pilates fusion combines elements of both disciplines into one invigorating class. Working from the core out, we will mobilize our joints and muscles through fun and challenging movements.

* This will run as a 60 minute class. However, participants who need to get to the office (or elsewhere) may choose to leave 10 minutes early.
