We are a small community studio! Independently owned and operated in Cliffcrest, Ontario.

If you've never tried yoga before, we encourage you to join us. Our beginner-friendly classes are geared to those just starting out. More experienced practitioners are also welcomed. Take a "beginner's mind" to find new joy and depth in your practice.

Our goal is to offer a safe and comfortable environment so you can work within your own abilities, at your own pace.
