This gentle class blends mindful movement, Yin and restorative yoga. Participants can choose to practice on a mat or a chair. The class includes a 10 - 15 minute guided meditation at the end of the class.

A slow and accessible vinyasa-style class designed for anyone looking for a gentle, flowing practice. This class focuses on linking breath to movement at a steady, unhurried pace. Ideal for anyone looking to build confidence in vinyasa yoga in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
No experience is required! We will focus on proper body to alignment to encourage a safe and sustainable practice. This class is perfect for anyone who is brand new to the mat.
More experienced practitioners are also welcome to join. This is a great class to refresh some familiar concepts.
