Step into a space of deep relaxation and renewal with our Group Reiki & Energy Healing class—an immersive experience designed to realign your energy, soothe the nervous system, and awaken your inner healing potential.


Led by Suzannah, who is a naturally gifted clairsentient—intuitively sensing, seeing, and knowing energetic imbalances—this class blends ancient healing traditions with modern energy work. Her lifelong path of self-cultivation has deepened her innate abilities, allowing her to guide others on their own journey to balance and well-being. With years of experience in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and holistic wellness, she weaves together her skills to create a nurturing and transformative session.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The class begins with a gentle yoga practice to release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare the body for healing. From there, you will be invited to settle into a comfortable seated or lying position for the Reiki-infused group energy session. Through guided meditation, you will embark on an inner journey while the instructor intuitively works to clear, balance, and restore your energy field. Depending on what is called for in the moment, she may incorporate smudging, crystals singing bowls, essential oils, hands-on adjustments, or verbal cues to deepen your experience.

  • Towel or Blanket (recommended)
