In addition to our in-house classes, we also partner with other local practitioners who offer their classes and services in our space.
To showcase both our in-house classes and the offerings of our partners, we're hosting an Open House with Free Sample Classes!
We'll have our doors open at 11:00AM-12:00PM for you to drop by. Check out the space or register for one of our afternoon sample classes. Our first class will start at 12:00PM.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is perfect for anyone who prefers to not get up and down from the floor (and is an excellent way to ease back into physical activity post injury). Your heart rate will go up while having fun and improving health and well being.
All levels of experience are welcome. These classes are 100% beginner-friendly.

Mindful Movement and Hand Drumming is a class that is a blend of yoga, mindful movement, drumming and meditation. Reap the benefits of the long historical practice of community and communication through the use of rhythm and vibration.
No previous experience in yoga (or drumming!) is required.

Chair Yoga is for everyone! Doesn’t matter what your age is, your level of fitness, cardio or strength, there is a Chair Yoga class for you. Almost every single pose (seated or standing) that we do in a Yoga class, a Pilates class, cardio and strength training class can be done using a chair. We can even dance while sitting in a chair!

We are here together to enjoy and reap the benefits of the long historical practice of community and communication through the use of rhythm and vibration.
This is an introductory class. You don’t need a drum to join the class. You can use a Tupperware container, wooden kitchen spoons, yoga blocks or even your own body! Linda will have a few items that we can use as well.

Samantha is committed to supporting her clients as they progress through their personal healing and fitness journey. Her dedication and passion for guiding others has led her towards becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher, Pilates Mat Instructor and soon to be Fitness and Exercise Specialist.
Samantha’s beginner friendly low impact fitness class focuses on incorporating physical movement to further support the management of discomfort within one’s body. Participants will engage in various modalities of movement that are designed to support mobility, strength, flexibility and balance.
